[Wanda pulls into the garage of Bucky's building to meet him at his request. She was surprised to get the call but she wasn't mad. She'd been hiding out on her own for awhile now, and it was starting to wear on her. A change of scenery and some company wouldn'tbe unwelcome]

I've heard sunlight can be good for mental health.

[She sounds a little rueful and maybe a little amused. He might be in therapy but she knows her own mental health can be extremely fragile.]

Not in my experience. But I suppose it doesn’t hurt, either.

[Whereas sitting in the dark definitely can.]

Well, I could use a little sunshine and fresh air. Then back on the road? We have a long way to go today.

Yes, that works. And on the next leg of the trip we’ll graduate into 50s music.

[Maybe he’ll like it more if he gets a feel for how music evolved, rather than just diving head first into modern stuff.]

You know we can listen to whatever you like. It's fine.

I do like 50s music. It's fun. Lighthearted.

[leftcold]

Guess they had something to be happy about then.

[Probably. He spent the 50s as a brain washed assassin in cryofreeze. He has no idea if people had things to be happy about.

Korea was pretty rough.]

They wanted to think they did, I think.

[Or something like that. She shrugs. She's not exactly an expert on American culture in the 50s. Old episodes of Dick Van Dyke only take you so far.]

I don't know. I'm not American. Sokovia wasn't on the cutting edge of popular culture. I would watch old American TV shows with my family when I was a little girl. It was...a distraction. I learned appreciate the music, too. It reminds me of a simpler time.

You know I don't mind listening to music that isn't American, if you wanted to. I do speak like... twenty languages. Might as well take advantage of it.

All right. I’ll keep that in mind for tomorrow, then.

[They have a lot of road to cover, so they can continue to keep their musical options covered.]

[Nodding to a deli.]

[Signaling and pulling into the parking lot.]

A little bit. But it's not really a bad thing.

Ham and swiss on rye. If they have any pastries, maybe grab a couple of those, too.

She has a sweet tooth.

[He doesn't laugh, but it still sounds a little like he's laughing as he goes up to the counter to make their order.]

There’s nothing wrong with having a sweet tooth.

[She calls after him as he walks off.]

[Bucky waves over his shoulder as he leaves, not turning around. It's not long before comes back with a bag, a few sandwiches inside and a few other goodies.
