[Wanda pulls into the garage of Bucky's building to meet him at his request. She was surprised to get the call but she wasn't mad. She'd been hiding out on her own for awhile now, and it was starting to wear on her. A change of scenery and some company wouldn'tbe unwelcome]

Ham and swiss on rye. If they have any pastries, maybe grab a couple of those, too.

She has a sweet tooth.

[He doesn't laugh, but it still sounds a little like he's laughing as he goes up to the counter to make their order.]

There’s nothing wrong with having a sweet tooth.

[She calls after him as he walks off.]

[Bucky waves over his shoulder as he leaves, not turning around. It's not long before comes back with a bag, a few sandwiches inside and a few other goodies.

Wanda can see what they are later.]

[Starts the engine up again.]

You're not going to tell me what you got?

[Even as she says it, though, she's pulling out of the parking lot and heading toward a nearby park]

What? You don't like surprises?

Depends on the surprise.

I do like blueberries.

Then it's a good surprise.

[She's pulling up to a park with a little picnic area.]

After your sandwich. Don't want to spoil your appetite.

[She is amused.]

Really? You're worried about that?

Not really, but Sam'll call and yell at me if he finds our you're not eating right.

Would he. How would he find out? Is Redwing spying on us?

[leftcold]

I fully expect him to ask tonight when he texts.

[behexed]

I see. So you're spying on us.

[leftcold]

I'm not spying on us.

[Sitting at a picnic table, legs stretched out.]

He'll just know if I lie.

[behexed]

Through a text? Impressive. And here I thought I was the mind reader.

No. He'll just assume I'm lying.

[behexed]

[leftcold]

Probably, but that way I get the last word when it turns out I'm telling the truth.
