Possibly rocky road, as well. If not that...butter pecan.

I thought that was an old person ice cream flavor. Like rum raisin.

Maybe salted caramel? Hazelnut?

I do like salted caramel on occasion.

[A pause as she considers other modern ice cream flavors.]

Have you tried maple bacon yet?

I had bacon on a doughnut once. Wasn't bad.

[He assumes it's the same.]

It’s a similar concept, but I think it might work better on a doughnut.

There's a place in Brooklyn that does like avocado and mushroom ice creams. Maple bacon sounds better than that.

[behexed]

[okay, that does sound questionable.]

It may depend on how soggy the bacon gets.

[And how much texture matters.]
